One Month Later

So about a month ago, the wife said to me "You need to lose some weight."

Well after the initial shock of having my wife tell that I was fat, I thought about it. I weighed myself and didn't really like the number that I saw.

Now, I don't have a lot of time to work out or go to the gym, so I decided to start with things that I could control.

So I've cut out all soda, started eating less and where I can I eat a healthy alternative.

And 1 Month later I'm down 20 pounds. I haven't really noticed a difference but the other day the gas station attendant said that I was looking thinner so I guess it's had some effect.
